Our History
Sabeur Rouin aka Doctor Hummus, was born and raised in a family that loves the kitchen. He decided to create a variety of healthy and tasty dips using natural, non-GMO, and organic ingredients. All of our products are made locally in Arizona since 2004. Sabeur uses some of his grandmother’s recipes for hummus while also creating his own recipes for vegan dips, pesto, and tapenades. To make it even better, Doctor Hummus created our line of thin layered pita chips that crunch in your mouth.
