Herb 'N Flavors, a Mediterranean-Italian restaurant located in Tempe on the South-East corner of Broadway and McClintock, has just opened this September, 2011. Sabeur Rouin, AKA DOCTOR HUMMUS, has opened a brand new restaurant where he will carry on with his reputation of serving healthy and delicious food. As he does with all of his DOCTOR HUMMUS products, Sabeur will be using fresh, local and natural ingredients for his menu, and will also be serving several of his DOCTOR HUMMUS products as appetizers or side dishes for other meals.
